The customer must have bought the product through EA Technologies before submitting a review.

Review access opens 21 days after purchase or payment confirmation, depending on the order status.

The store may email eligible customers to ask for a product review after the waiting period.

Reviews may be moderated to remove spam, abuse, unrelated content, or private information.
