Delivery uses your Ghana Post Digital Address for better location accuracy.
Customers enter their Ghana Post Digital Address during sign up or checkout. This address is saved to the account and can be used as the delivery location for future orders.
Digital address format
Use the standard format such as GA-123-4567. The first two letters represent the area and the numbers identify the delivery location.
Order handling
EA Technologies reviews the order details before dispatch. If the address or phone number is unclear, support may contact the customer before sending the item.
Delivery coverage
Delivery options may depend on product size, customer location, and courier availability. Final delivery terms should be confirmed before full public launch.
Customer responsibility
Customers should provide an active phone number, accurate digital address, and any useful landmark information where needed.
